I’ve had an awful week food-wise and I’m just really down. :/  I don’t seem to be any more hungry than usual but I eat junk foods instead of fruit or something and that leaves my stomach feeling heavier, if that makes sense. And then also I’ll randomly be like “I feel like having a pickle” and I don’t know why! (I’m not pregnant, though! swear, haha).

I just… ;sh;af;ahu. Tomorrow is weigh in and I can feel that I didn’t lose anything. Probably gained a lot. And that sucks because I was so proud of myself last week and also because my first goal day is in a few days and I’m not going to make it. :(

So, I guess that’s good. This is the most I’ve ever lost in a week, I think. Yay! But I’m eating Cheese-its right now so… maybe not so yay. Haha. I hope next week is just as good, if not better. (Although the movie popcorn and candy I’ll be eating Friday tends to make me think not). I’ve been going to the park with my mom and walking so I think that’s paying off. (:

I have 12 days to lose about two more pounds to meat my first goal. So I’m going to put my cheese-its down because I’d really like to make that. (:

I did super good today.

For breakfast I had some Honey and Oats bar which was actually two bars and 190 calories. So that was yummmmm.

For lunch my mom and I went to Subway and I got one of their salads. I didn’t even know Subway sold salads, but apparently they do. So it was all baby spinich, tomatoes, cucumbers and some grilled chicken. I had sweet onion sauce and that was also yummmm. Haha, but I assume it was somewhere near 200 calories because I think that’s what the little Subway napkin thing said.

And then for dinner I went to St. Louis Bread Co (I think it’s called Panera in other cities?) and had French Onion Soup and an apple. The board said the soup was around 300 so I’m going to go with that.

So, yeah. I’m proud of myself. I really hope I make my first goal by July 25th.

So, about a pound. Hmm. I felt as if I did a lot better than that. Two weeks, and I haven’t even lost 3 pounds. I’m not going to reach my goal at this pace, I guess I’ll have to try harder.

And I’m really worried that my birth control is going to make me gain weight so… fingers crossed that it doesn’t.

To Do: Stop drinking soda.

I never get soda at a restaurant. Never. It’s always water. But we go through soda at home like crazy. It’s diet soda, so I suppose that’s better, but I really don’t need it either way.

So next on the To-Do List is to stop drinking soda and start drinking more water and juices!

Rather proud of myself last night for not pigging out on 4th of July food.

We go to my uncles and they always put out tons of things to munch on before you actually get the food. And I usually sit right there at the bar eating it all up because those little appetizers are absolutely delicious! But yesterday I distracted myself by walking up to the carnival with my cousins and playing games with the little kids.

Then when it actually came to eating I didn’t eat a hot dog, I had a little turkey sandwhich thing. I don’t know if that’s any better than a hot dog, but it tasted yumlicious. Also ate plenty of fruit!

Only one cookie for Mikayla, even though there were cupcakes and rice crispy treats and chocolate cake.
